We are walking for Will
It is with the heaviest hearts we share that William Green lost his courageous fight with Leukemia and passed away peacefully in his sleep on the 14th of January 2025 with his beloved mum and dad (Sarah and Tim) by his side. Will faced his battle over the past 18 months with immense bravery, surrounded by the unwavering love of his family every step of the way.
We are walking for kids with cancer on Sunday 23 March 2025 for Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation (SCHF). Funds raised from Walk for Kids with Cancer will go directly to the frontline of children’s healthcare across the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, including the Kids Cancer Centre at Randwick and the Cancer Centre for Children at Westmead.
Together we can help find answers to rare diseases like childhood cancer, faster ways to diagnose, support clinical trials, help build clinical and patient family-centered spaces in hospitals, and create positive patient experiences for kids and their families.
No child should ever go through cancer but those who do deserve our all.

It’s truly heartbreaking to hear of the loss of a child. No family should have to endure such unimaginable pain. We need answers, we need solutions, and we need to find a cure for this terrible cancer. More must be done to prevent these tragedies and give every child the chance to live a full and healthy life.
