I am walking for kids with cancer


I find it really difficult to put into words the impact this beautiful boy, Jesse, had on me.
We all had so much hope. 
We all believed he would recover. 
He left us, after fighting so hard. We were absolutely floored by the bravery, and soul of his incredibly mother, who somehow found the strength to stand guard in protection and hope. 
The pain of Jesse's Mum, Dad, brother and immediate family was unimaginable & continues. They miss him everyday.

To be honest with you, I could never ever make sense of any of it and still can't. It's a part of me that's always a bit broken from love, hope and loss. 

Every year, to honour Jesse and celebrate that he was with us, his family walk as Team Jesse in the Walk for Kids With Cancer, a 25km trek to raise money for kids living with cancer. I'm so honoured to take part and to raise some funds for Team Jesse, to help other families, to raise funds for research and treatment, to one day find a cure. 
I understand it is so financially tough for many at the moment and that world out there is looking pretty broken. If you have any capacity to make a donation to Team Jesse, it honestly makes such a impact. The more who donate, the greater the impact.
